Hello Crafty Friends! Happy National Reading Day! I wanted to hop on the blog today to share with you a fun round-up of woodland animal-themed bookmarks. I have been getting ready for our woodland animal-themed book party and wanted to have some fun bookmarks to offer as party favors. I found so many cute bookmarks I thought I would share them with you today!

Many of these bookmarks are free printables which makes them so easy to create. Simply download the free files from the website and print them on sturdy white cardstock. I printed mine on 100lb white cardstock. I added tassels and ribbon to a lot of them using embroidery floss, thin ribbon and a hole punch.

I’ve also included bookmark craft projects and a few from Etsy shops in this roundup that are great if you don’t have a printer. It was nice to have such a variety of bookmarks at our party so guests could choose their favorite one. Below you can see them displayed at our party for guests to take as they left.

While we used these for party favors at our woodland-themed party, these bookmarks are perfect for Autumn (or really any time of year) and can be printed for yourself or someone special. They make excellent gifts for friends who love to read and are especially nice when paired with a new book!

Free Fox Bookmark | Lemon Squeezy: Download and print fox bookmarks designed by Sharon Rowan of Lemon Squeezy. The bookmarks come in different color schemes and there is even a pattern available to print for the reverse side of the bookmark. Below you can see my printed bookmarks using her designs with ribbon added to the tops.

Corner Bookmarks | Red Ted Art: One of my favorite bookmarks I made for our party were these cute corner bookmarks. I followed a tutorial by Red Ted Art to create the foxes. She is a master of corner bookmarks and has so many cute ideas for making them, including different animals and characters. After I made the foxes, I created the little raccoons. They are very similar to her foxes, I just modified them slightly. I love the way they all turned out!

There are also SO many cute woodland animal bookmarks on Etsy I wanted to include those too in this roundup! These are great if you don’t have a printer or time to craft your own. They feature illustrations and hand-crafting by some amazing artists.
