DIY Holiday Diorama Coloring Pages
Kids can create a holiday diorama with these fun coloring pages featuring holiday trees, a snowman and cute animals all ready for the holiday season!

Hello Crafty Friends! Today is day eight of my series “12 Days of Holiday Crafts” and today I’m sharing new holiday coloring pages for kids. I love making coloring pages that can then be used to create a craft, and these printables are no exception. After coloring in the trees and cute animals, the figurines can be cut out and used to create a snowy, winter diorama.
This craft project is a lot of fun for kids and allows them to part of the creative process from the beginning. There are three holiday trees, a snowman, and two cute animals, a bunny and polar bear. Color and cut out the shapes, then arrange them in a shoebox to make a holiday scene. Below is the tutorial and at the end of this post you can download the free coloring pages!
If you love coloring pages, be sure to also check out my Color-Your-Own Christmas Village, Gingerbread Houses and Stockings. They are all great activities to do with little ones, or great to do on your own if you love to color.

DIY Children’s Holiday Diorama
Supplies Needed:
- Free printable coloring pages – fill out the purple form at the end of this blog post to have the file emailed directly to your inbox.
- Shoebox
- Blue and white cardstock
- Scissors and kid scissors
- Paper trimmer
- Tape or glue
- Coloring supplies like colored pencils, crayons or markers

Creating the Christmas Diorama
Step One: Cut blue and white cardstock to fit inside the shoebox to create a wintery snow scene. Glue or tape them into place. You could also paint the inside of the shoebox.

Step Two: Color the coloring pages with your favorite coloring tool – crayons, colored pencils, markers – anything goes!

Step Three: Cut out the pieces along the gray lines and fold the bottom tabs.

Step Four: Start filling the box with the colored-in figures. To adhere the trees to the back of the box, cut the tab off. For all of the other figures, use the folded tab to help them stand up. Have fun arranging your wintery scene!

Add cute details like snowflakes to the sky or cotton ball snowballs to the ground. Once you are done, display the diorama!
