It’s time for a new animal notepad! The next animal in my series of animal notepads is…a cat! Yay! These sweet DIY cat notepads feature a kitty cat playfully holding a ball of yarn. The SVG cut file is designed to fit a 3″ x 5″ notepad. The perfect size for taking notes and jotting down lists.

The cat notepad is a fun paper craft to create using your cutting machine. It makes a great gift, party favor, or fun craft to keep for yourself. The SVG cut files, plus a picture tutorial, are available to purchase from my Etsy shop.

The notepads stay closed with a small Velcro dot keeping your notes and lists tucked away. This notepad includes directions for creating a ball of yarn for the cat to hold. It’s such a fun dimensional addition to the notepads! I made mine using Baker’s Twine, but a thin yarn or embroidery floss would also work well!

The listing for my cat notepad also comes with an additional SVG cut file to make a Halloween black cat notepad! Instead of a ball of yarn, the black cat holds a pumpkin or jack-o’-lantern.

These little black cat notepads make fun gifts for Halloween. You could even personalize the notepads by adding a name to the pumpkin.
